The Old Coach Stables, Gunning

When I asked Michael and Lauren what the highlight of their wedding day was – Lauren replied “Michael said he saw a train!”, during their ceremony at the Coach Stables in Gunning. And to some of you, that is probably a weird answer. But my wife Bel also loves trains (and getting them to ‘toot’ their horns is her favourite thing to do) and so I think Laurens answer – and her finding joy in her husband interests, sums up why they are the perfect match. To be supportive of each other, and to delight in each others passions and hobbies, especially on your wedding day, is something special.

I loved capturing these two become husband and wife, and seeing all their friends and family surround them with love was beautiful. And speaking of beautiful, Lauren looked stunning in her Justin Alexander gown, from Angelic Inspirations , with her makeup by Sarah Tahir.

The grounds of the Old Coach Stables was the perfect location for their relaxed yet elegant celebration, officiated by Jan Fenton.
