So I live on a farm in the Southern Highlands, and I am pretty used to doing what comes with owning a farm and animals. And I always thought if ever I would be fearing for my life it would be doing something round the farm, chainsawing a gum tree while balancing on a ladder on top of the ute, that sort of thing. I never thought it would be shooting a wedding down the coast. But getting some shots in the quarry site next to Driftwood Shed was to be my downfall. I stepped back into quicksand, and honestly I thought I was going to be swallowed up. Luckily I wasn’t, and after getting out alive I managed to walk away with the shot, and boots full of sand.
Ash was the most gorgeous bride, thanks to the huge smile that was on her face all day! Dylan and Ash were a dream to capture, because every time they looked at each other you could see how in love they were.
Ash and Dylan, thanks for choosing me to capture your day!
