Laura and Kevin chose to have Bushfield Farm wedding. And it’s easy to see why they planned this as the spot to celebrate becoming husband and wife. Even in the midst of the terrible drought, and on the hottest and windiest of days, Bushfield was still gloriously beautiful. Bushfield Farm is full of rustic charm, plenty of shady old trees and a gorgeous gaggle of ducks wandering around. I can’t wait to see it now after the rain. If it is anything like my farm here in the Southern Highlands, the dusty brown paddocks should be starting to look green!
Laura looked beautiful in her Martina Liana gown, with her stunning relaxed braid holding amazingly in the wind thanks to Cassandra Lee , her flawless makeup by Amy Cepeda. The always fantastic Shannon O’heir officiated the ceremony, before guests enjoyed oysters and a beer in the shade.
Form over Function created gorgeous summer bouquets for Laura and her bridesmaids, Kim, Millie, Cat, Katy and Dimi. Kevins son Lachlan, who was Paige boy didn’t stop smiling all day.
Tessas Catering kept everyone well fed, until it was time to cut the amazing cake created by La ombre Creations. All the guests forgot about the heat and hit the dance floor, thanks to the always fantastic Baker Boys
