‘This day has been years in the making’ Olivia told the 85 close friends and family that surrounded her and Carl on their wedding day. And, getting a bit teary, she was able to say that it really had been the wedding of her dreams. Olivia and Carl had chosen the garden of ‘Laurel View Farm’ in Burrawang as the breathtaking backdrop for their ceremony, with the reception taking place in the Burrawang School of Arts.
Liv laughingly said she can finally delete the many wedding pinterest boards that helped inspire her special day. This was a Do-It-Yourself wedding, with family and friends getting together stripping willow for the archway, fluffing pompoms for the reception and Liv herself making 90 jars of homemade jam – something she has quite a reputation for.
Family obviously means the world to Olivia and Carl and this was reflected in their wedding. Livs mum handmade each bridesmaid dress, their 8yr old niece Pepper was the beautiful flower girl and a Goulburn Rose from Olivia’s late grandmothers garden was included in her bouquet.
Congrats to Olivia and Carl, thanks so much for allowing us to be a part of your beautiful day.
